An equivalent circuit of GPIO_EMC about RT1021

Dear an Engineer in NXP,

I would like to know the equivalent circuit of GPIO_EMC pin.
Because I want to check the input mechanism.

Recently, GPIO_EMC_41 was broken, I think the electrical over stress (EOS) occurred to the pin.
I will put the 100 ohm resister close to pin in order to protect the pin from EOS.

But I wonder if the value of resister is large or not...

Hi @Edgard,

Application Note AN5078 describes everything relating the pins on our MCUs. With respect to ESD and EMC protection, please look into AN10853.
