About Using 12bit address SDRAM on RT1170

Hi

I am testing the RT1170 custom board with 12bit address 16MB SDRam, but it is not working properly.
There is only one 16MB SDRam connected to the board.

The RT1170 EVK board is equipped with 13 bit 64MB SDRam, so I need to modify the sample source. How can I do that?

Also, how should I connect the HW?
EVK has two 32MB SDRams, but the custom board has only one 16MB SDRam.

Please refer to the attached source and applied SDRAM data sheet.

Hi @dskim2 ,

I don't think the connection needs to be changed, you may just copy the connection from EVK, but the MPU settings should be modified according to the new SDRAM size. Please refer to board.c for more details.
