Please let me know where the secure memory (RAM) is located in i.MX8M Plus.
The two documents tell me locations of secure memory.
i.MX 8M Plus Applications Processor Datasheet for Consumer Products (IMX8MPCEC)
According to CAAM in Modules list, the following sentence is written.
"In i.MX 8M Plus processors, the secure memory provided is 32 KB."
Security Reference Manual for i.MX 8M Plus Applications Processor (IMX8MPSRM)
I can't write the details because it is an NDA document, but it says the following.
・SNVS includes On-chip secure RAM (32 KB)
・A figure shows that CAAM includes Secure RAM
Is the both modules have secure memory?
Or only one or the other?
