When did the "i.mx6-scm" single chip module industrial temperature level product release?

I find the  industrial grade product order number at arrow site  was " MSCMMX6DZCK08AB1G0A"

flow the naming rule in the other imx6 chip, MSCMMX6DZ"C" the C character mean this chip was industrial grade, am i right?

But i can't make sure this order number was right, because nxp site did not have the industrial datasheet about this chip.

SCM-i.MX 6Dual and SCM-i.MX 6 Quad industrial devices are sampling.

Production in 4Q 2016. Arrow naming rules are different.
