My kernel is 3.0.35，I insert cdc-ncm driver for usb network by menuconfig, but I can't find the driver device file in /dev folder.
where is it?

I have been check it, but no found device file in there.
ifconfig command then found usb0 port and i can set ip address.
Are you adding the driver as mountable or fixed in LTIB?
Are you not seeing anything under /dev/net?
