Actually it is not i.MX6D processor but i.MX6DL one.

As you see its Part Number begins from MCIMX6U not MCIMX6D.

Here is the description of MCIMX6U1AVM08 signs:

MCIMX6U -- i.MX6DL

1 -- Automotive with MLB and without EPDC, VPU and GPU

A -- Temperature : -40 to + 125C

VM -- MAPBGA 21x21 0.8mm

08 -- 800 (792) MHz

Please note that i.MX 6 Dual and DualLite processors are not the same.

You can refer i.MX 6Solo/6DualLite Applications Processor Reference Manual for the details.

Have a great day,

I am confused with "1" after "MCIMX6D" in the Part Number.

Officially we have only these options:

4 -- Automotive, with GPU, without VPU

5 -- Consumer, with VPU and GPU

6 -- Automotive, with VPU and GPU

7 -- Industrial, with VPU and GPU, without MLB

Please make a clear picture of the chip with the Part Number

for I forward it to clarify which processor it is.

Have a great day,

Victor
