usbtty support in imx6 u-boot

Is it possible to use USB as debug Port in imx6 u-boot and kernel?

One of our custom project, the uart interfaces are not free for debug purpose.

So we are planning to use USB as the debug port. Will the latest u-boot will support it?

Unfortunately, there is no usbtty support in u-boot for now.

Hi Artur,

Will it feasible to implement usbtty support in i.mx6 u-boot.

While refer the u-boot source, some borad configuration files contains  CONFIG_USB_TTY variable but we can not see console=ttyusb0 variable...

can we expect the imx6 u-boot will support ttyusb soon??
