uncontrolled power off in LPDDR2 and IMX6

We built board based at IMX6 Q/DL based at dual channel LPDDRAM2.
We don't have issues for moment.

One customer asked us how we manage uncontrolled power of  for LPDDRAM2.
We really didn't know for this issue.Going to LPDDRAM2 data sheet we have seen that

exists this problem. Seems that LPDDRAM2 needs some software power OFF,

but we didn't find any evidence in actual Kernel ,

Do you have some info more ?

Hello,

  I am afraid we do not have special implementation for uncontrolled power off

under Linux ; this is board specific and may be done by customers.
