In freescale website you can download L3.0.35_4.1.0_UBUNTU_RFS_BSP, which is the Linux File System for the Ubuntu Images. About the u-boot and kernel you have to build yourself. The link is :SABRE for Smart Devices Reference Design|Freescale .
