I use this command if=/media/sda/update/uImage of=/dev/mmcblk0 bs=512 seek=2 skip=2 conv=fsync DD can realize the burning of the kernel, then uboot and file system how to operate it

When the rootfs is running on mmcblk0, you cannot upgrade the new rootfs to mmcblk0. You need to boot the board from other media (such as nand flash, nor flash). Or through USB/serial download mode like MFGtool. Or like Android that has a recovery mode for upgrade used.
