u-boot changes for iMX8MM based custom DDR 1GB RAM

hi ,

we are making a custom board based on i.MX8M mini but the DDR is 1GB RAM.

I figured out that NXP provides a DDR tool here https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors-Knowledge-Base/i-MX-8M-Family-DDR-Tool-Release/ta-p/110...

and the code updates needed in u-boot as per Clock frequency and 1GB size change as mentioned in https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors-Knowledge-Base/iMX-8M-Mini-Register-Programming-Aid-DRA...

Any changes needed for TEE?

Hi.
I have problem with training:

This is schematic of our custom MPU module. It works perfect with 2GB RAM...but no luck with 1GB(I use MScale DDR tool with RPA configurator)
RAM part number: MT53D512M16D1DS-046 TW:D

Can someone advice where to look for changes? This particular RAM doesn't have a Bank B.
