Hello,
If OFF state means all power supply voltages of the i.MX 6ULL, except VDD_SNVS_IN, are OFF, than
it is impossible to assert any signals (except ONOFF) of the i.MX 6ULL in order to activate an external (PMIC)
power supply scheme.
If i.MX 6ULL is completely de-energized, then its PMIC_ON_REQ will be asserted automatically
when VDD_SNVS_IN is applied. This allows to switch on all the rest voltages for i.MX 6ULL
from a PMIC.
