the question about internal ADC reference voltage -- i.mx257

We want to use the internal ADC reference voltage but we did not find the related information about the accuracy range and temperature drift characteristics of the internal ADC reference voltage.

I only find "The internal reference is fixed at 2.5 V", but I am not sure the accuracy range.

Could you kindly help me for this question?
