the issue is we are not getting any voltage from the BGA_IMX287DJM4A

hi,

We made one PCB based on PCIMX287DJM4A processor.

Using evaluation board schematics imx28_evk_revD_sch.pdf document.

we are giving 5V from externally to the VDD5V(on borad).

But the issue is we are not getting any voltage from the BGA.

we are observing below voltages form the BGA as follows:

1)VDD4P2 ___1.98V

2)DCDC_VDDIO___0.9V

3)DCDC_VDDA___1.29V

4)DCDC_VDDD___0.7V 

5)VDD1P5___0.120V

Please check the issue and give your suggestions as soon as possible.
