What's the difference between the part number "MSCMMX6DZDK08AB" and "MSCMMX6DZDK08AB1G0A".

They are SCM-I.MX6D SOC module.

The suffix "1G0A" means it can solder 1GB LPDDR2 only or the 1GB LPDDR2 has already soldered on the module?

Hi wang

"1G0A" means SCM devices that are pre-stacked with LPDDR2.
