run upgradeu is not working in U-Boot

I have tried to update my U-Boot in my nitrogen 8m devices, but whenever i tried to execute the command in U-Boot it results in following error

Please help me with this...

The Nitrogen8M is manufactured and supported by Boundary Devices so I would recommend reaching to them for more information on features from their bootloader or BSP.
