repo problem(only for chinese)

The document lists the fllowing steps to install repo ：

mkdir ~/bin

• curl http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/git-repo-downloads/repo > ~/bin/repo
• chmod a+x ~/bin/repo

but   the GFW (GREAT FIRE WALL or Great F**KING WALL )  alawys blocks the request to  commondatastorage.googleapis.com.

Can i use VPN to install repo?

Who can send repo for  Ubuntu14 to me?
