"Set MID" in CSF and e-fuses

In HABCST_UG.pdf, the "Set MID" command selects a range of fuses as a manufacturer identifier.  While it gives a brief example of what data to put into the values, there is nothing about its interaction with the Authenticate Data command, and no mention in the CSF examples in section 5.3.

Does Set MID come before or after the Authenticate Data?

Should it use the same e-fuses for the SRK hashes, or is there another set of registers?

Is there a range in the e-fuses where an arbitrary value can be stored?

Is there a comprehensive map of the i.MX7 e-fuse range?

Thanks!
