qtlocation and qtsystems fetch failed in Yocto Project 5.10.52_2.1.0

From 7ulp imx-yocto-L5.10.52_2.1.0 build - NXP Community，got the qt original repository has been removed，so update the local.conf refer 0001-fix-missing-qt-repository.patch,

Then start build image,but got below Error:

Hello,

You should try the latest BSP 5.15.72, but this fetch issue is due a bad server or you have problem with your proxy, let's wait some time if the server is down it will be up in couple of minutes
