HDMI_VPH has a range of 2.25-2.75V, and is connected to 2.5V in the Sabre design.  The pullups on HDMI_HPD and HDMI_CEC_IN (not connected) are 3.3V.  Is this safe to do?  Why not use 2.5V on the CM2020's LV_Supply (or does this
cause problems for the CPU's 2.5V LDO or the HDMI output)?

According to i.MX6 Datasheet(s) [say, Table 63 (Electrical Characteristics) of IMX6DQCEC,Rev. 3, 02/2014 ]

HPD (VH) Hot plug detect high range is 2.0 - 5.3 V.
Next, basically CEC HDMI specs mention about SDA, SCL, DDC/CEC Ground signals, where

DDC/CEC Ground is our HDMI_DDCCEC.

Have a great day,
Yuri
