when I was investigating the imx6 series CPU, one article note that, I.MX6 solo to i.mx 6dualplus series are pin-to- pin and power compatible.
but I found that there are two package FBGA624 and LFBGA624 . There is minor difference of both package, My question is that , can the two package be soldered compatible?
