Dear Sir,
I read "i.MX 8M Dual/8M QuadLite/8M Quad Applications Processors Reference Manual",
Document Number: IMX8MDQLQRM (Rev. 0, 01/2018). But I can't find any register spec about USB-phy.
But in imx-linux "imx8mq_clocks.dtsi" I found there are registers at 0x382f0040.
Where can I found the definitions of USB-phy registers? Thanks.
usb3_phy1: phy@382f0040 {
compatible = "fsl,imx8mq-usb-phy";
#phy-cells = <1>;
reg = <0x0 0x382f0040 0x0 0x40>;
clocks = <&clk IMX8MQ_CLK_USB2_PHY_ROOT>;
clock-names = "usb_phy_root_clk";
assigned-clocks = <&clk IMX8MQ_CLK_USB_PHY_REF_SRC>;
assigned-clock-parents = <&clk IMX8MQ_SYS1_PLL_100M>;
assigned-clock-rates = <100000000>;
status = "disabled";
};
Hello, I need the PHY registers definition for IMX8M Nano but I cannot find them on the reference manual. Can somebody help please?
Hi Wang,
I have internally escalated your request, in order to verify if there are missing information on the i.MX8M Reference Manual.
I will post an update as soon as having news.
Best regards!

So, could you please specify if does the customer need relative description urgently?
In case that yes, please create a Salesforce Case and let us know the number.
Hope this will be useful for you.
Best regards!
/Carlos
Hi Carlos,
Thanks. We need it urgently. Before add it into future RM, you can supply supplementary note just for it.

Hi Miles,
In such case, could you please create a Salesforce Case on where we could manage future interactions involving attachments?
You could take a look at the following link:

Did this ever get resolved? We have the same questions about the USB PHY register descriptions, and the response we got back from NXP is that none exist?
Hi, I have the same need. Did you succeed to collect some info ?
OK, in fact reference manual Rev. 2, 08/2019 contains the USB controller + USB PHY registers descriptions so it's all good !
