When I connect my target to the terminal I can see the system features on Terminal monitor, consecuently it doesnt boot, i dont know why is this error, the serial port has all permissions, attached an image where the error can be seen, thaks!

your terminal settings are 38400,8N1 but should be 115200,8N1

Jacob, do you have a different terminal software to try it with?, like putty? Download PuTTY - a free SSH and telnet client for Windows
Are you using a Freescale board?, which OS are you loading?
It could be the terminal speed (check that it is 115200)
