I checked your dts file, which is no problem. But I don't understand wiseiot.c file you pasted, because most of porting job should be done in device tree!
for AR8035 and fec init, they should be in mach-imx7d.c file, the file is the entry of the board. you should add ar8035 init source code into the file.
you can refer to the mach-imx6q.c, and copy ar8035 source code to mach-imx7d. then debug it.
