making changes in rootfs image after signing it with HAB

I have a question regarding HAB suppose we sign off our uboot, zImage and rootfs and afterwards if we want install some new software in our board downloaded from internet or install new driver in already signed rootfs then is it possible to do these things to already signed rootfs or we again need to sign our rootfs image and reinstall it using MFG tool on our board?

you are right, after changing rootfs it is necessary to sign again new rootfs image.
