we are using imx 8mm board for android 10, in that we are able to calibrate lpddr4 4gb ram for 1000 MHZ. even stress test have passed, after building with that images we are unable to flash.
we even calibrated lpddr4 4gb ram for 900 MHZ stress test have also passed, but we unable to flash .
but we are able to calibrate lpddr4 4gb ram for 1200 MHZ even stress test is passed, we are able to flash these image. for your reference i attached 900,1000 and 1200 MHZ lpddr4_timing files pls look on to it and do the needful.
we wanted our lpddr4 4gb ram to work in 1000 MHZ, are we missing any steps in this pls guide us.
