location of dtsi files in imx8mplus evk

what is the path( location ) of dtsi files in yocto, I have searched all folders , I have not seen any dtsi files . is there anyone know where is the actual path of dtsi files in yocto .

i am using 
machine :imx8mplus evk

distro :fsl-imx-xwayland

version :LF6.6.3_1.0.0

Hello,

You can find the device tree source files on the next paths:

- 64 bits.

~/imx-yocto-bsp/<build directory>/tmp/work-shared/<machine>/kernel-source/arch/arm64/boot/dts/freescale

- 32 bits.

~/imx-yocto-bsp/<build directory>/tmp/work-shared/<machine>/kernel-source/arch/arm/boot/dts
