issue about USB certification test of i.MX6Solo

Hello community

I am now doing USB certification test on a customized i.mx6solo board,and there is a problem in EL_8 Host K Test.

According to i.MX 6 Series USB Certification Guide(Document Number: IMXUSBCGUG), the pass limits for EL_8 Host K Test is as bellow.

But my result for D+ was 11mV.

So could you tell me the possible reason and how to resolve it?
