is it possible to display UI both on LCD & HDMI by imx8mq?

I know imx8mq support dual display, UI display on LCD, and video display over HDMI. But is it possible to display UI both on LCD & HDMI? Thanks in advance.

Same Dual display  can support in android system i.mxmq A. Linux do not support show same UI.

1. Is it possible that weston shows UI on LCD and displays video over HDMI at the same time? And how to do it?

2. Does kmssink (gstreamer plugin) support hotplug? And how to do it? The gstreamer can decode and output video stream over HDMI, but when I unplug HDMI and plug in again, there's nothing output anymore from HDMI.
