is it possible imx6Solo with a single DDR3 16bit?

Hello!

I need to design a board with imx6Solo running only a single DDR3 16bit memory chip. Does CPU have any limitations on this? There are a number of designs for reference but none of them has 16bit only memory layout.

What changes should be applied to SW?
