imx8mm ddr bandwidth

Hi,

   Is there any memory bandwidth test data for imx8mm_evk lpddr4 and ddr4?

   I tested imx8mm_evk with the command bw_mem 1000M rd , the result is only 2500M / s,

   bw_mem 1000M wr only 1500M / s.

   The theoretical bandwidth of lpddr4 3000MT/s 32bit should be 6000M/s+. Why is imx8mm_evk only 2500M/s?

Can you please provide this kind of perf cmd results for DDR4 imx8mm-evk (8MMINID4-EVK) ?
I'm actually looking for a performance benchmark depending on ddr parameters (with / without cache enabled, ddr clock rate).

for DDR performance one can try the following command :

perf stat -e ddr0/read-cycles/,ddr0/write-cycles/ -a

Theoretical bandwidthcan be achieved only in theory, in real life

bandwidth is restricted by processor internal buses bandwidth,
