imx8mm board mscale tool ddr stress test stuck

Hello

I am using mscale tool to so ddr stress test on imx8m mini board.I followed the tool user guide, but I could not get int to the test step as the button of the Calibration and stress test were always in gray color and I could not press them?Why?

Could any kindly tell me the reason? the picture attached is the status,  has the download already finished? Thank you!

reason may be hardware, so one can check board design using

i.MX 8M Mini Hardware Developer’s Guide

Tool should be run in in administrator mode as described below

i.MX8 MSCALE SERIES DDR Tool Release (V3.00) 

If other pmic is used, one needs to adapt it following descriptions on that page.
