imx8m mini flashing image issue

We built imx-full-image with opencv toolchain. We are confused between below mentioned .wic image files to flash to IMX board. 

• imx-image-full-imx8mm-lpddr4-evk-20221014054616.rootfs.wic.bz2
• imx-image-full-imx8mm-lpddr4-evk.wic.bz2

Also, should it be flashed with or without extracting?

If you are using lastest uuu tool, you can choose flashed it without extracting
