imx8dx lpddr4 DDR Stress Test

HI

I use Newest MX8DualX_C0_B0_LPDDR4_RPA_1.2GHz_v15.xlsx to DDR Stress Test。I set the corresponding parameters of LPDDR4 and used the MX8_DDR_Tester.exe tool to test.The test result is not what I want.

I set 1GB(8Gb) in MX8DualX_C0_B0_LPDDR4_RPA_1.2GHz_v15.xlsx，then use the Stress Test Script CBT to test ,I found the MX8_DDR_Tester.exe log Display only 512MB。

How can I get the correct log, can you give me some help?
