imx8QuadMax - need to modify uboot on A53 core

I have an imx8quadmax mek evaluation board, and I have it booting and I can see output on the usb ports.

I need to modify the uboot image that boots the A53, and I am wondering where that might be documented?

Ok I'll take a look. Once I can create the bootable image, can i change the uboot source and rebuild? Or is this just building an image from binaries?

I am wondering if I need to build the entire Yocto chain from scratch, or can I just use the pre-built yocto image.
