imx8 M4 access to SAI

Hi, We are working on audio application project using the iMX8QM and are planning to use the M4s running FreeRTOS for the real-time audio processing aspect of the application and use the other A53/A72 cores running Linux for upper level stuff. From the iMX8 block diagram, the Audio subsystem seems to be accessible by the M4s. We search for documentations to get more details about this but couldn't find much. So my questions are: - Is it possible for the SAI or ESAI to be used by the M4s ? - If so, is there a SAI and/or ESAI driver for the M4 available from NXP or somewhere else that can get us started ? You may refer to the MCUXpresso SDK for i.MX8QM-MEK, which is a available through the MCUXpresso SDK Builder. This an SDK which enables the Cortex-M4 core functionality on the i.MX 8QM.

Once you downloaded the SDK, please find two driver examples for ESAI and SAI on this path:

\boards\mekmimx8qm\driver_examples
