imx7d can't enter mfg download mode

hi，

I have a imx7dsabre board.

I set the BOOTMODE=01  MFG mode.

boot form sd 00100000.

the system can't enter usb download mode, but if I take out the sd card ，the mfg software can find my imx7dsabre board. then I insert the sd card，the usb download program works well.

my imx6slevk board set different mode is works well. Whether the imx7dsabre board has some problem.

behaviour may be caused by SD/MMC Manufacture Mode, from

sect.6.6.12 SD/MMC Manufacture Mode i.MX7D Reference Manual

"..boot will go to SD/MMC manufacture mode before serial download mode..

By default, SD/MMC manufacture mode is enabled

thanks for you reply. I need to  blow the fuse of DISABLE_SDMMC_MFG.

but I can't find the method about how to blow the efuse.

The cmd of imxotp  is not exist in  my uboot cmd.

Can you give me some help?

I wan't to disable  SDMMC_MFG mode.

I use the fuse cmd of uboot.

but I can't find the bit of DISABLE_SDMMC_MFG  from OTP bank0 to bank16.
