I have been using Digi embedded yocto 2.6 version and I was able to successfully flash and load the images using Mfgtools.
Default DEY-2.6 firmware images are placed @ https://ftp1.digi.com/support/digiembeddedyocto/2.6/r3/images/ccimx6ulstarter/fb/
I have upgraded to Digi embedded yocto 3.2 version and to my surprise device doesn't boot with the default images provided by Digi @ https://ftp1.digi.com/support/digiembeddedyocto/3.2/r1/images/ccimx6ulstarter/fb/
Logs of Dey3.2 version:

The highlighted text "Boot from USB for uuu", it is looking for uuu utility. It should look for mfgtools with text "Boot from USB for mfgtools".
Could you please let me know if I am missing anything here and help resolve this issue.

A Linux kernel based on version 5.4 and customized for ConnectCore DIgi products.
When you use the UUU to download you need to modify the UUU script according to your own board.
Which version of BSP are you using?
