imx6ulevk kernel configuration .cfg file not work

I want to add iptables into my images, so i create my support-iptables.cfg file. but is not work.

this is my support-iptables.cfg file:

Run:bitbake fsl-image-machine-test command。when finish ,not found the kernel configuration  in build/.config file.

so,how it is work. sorry for my english。Thanks!
