I checked the community's questions about PPS.I can now see the output of the PPS signal via "echo 1 > /sys/class/ptp/ptpx/pps_enable", what should I do to adjust the duty cycle of 1pps on imx6ul

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products,

You can base in this echoing:

echo "0 0 0 1 1" > /sys/class/ptp/ptp0/period

But further documentation can be found here.

Regards

hi,josephlinares

Thank you for your reply.I use echo "0 0 0 1 1" > /sys/class/ptp/ptp0/period can adjust the PPS signal cycle.

I want to adjust the high level time so that the high level time is shorter than the low level time to form a PPS cycle. Is there any way to do this?

Regards

Hi,

No, it is not possible, as you saw in doc, there is not a file for duty cycle adjustment but period.

Thank you,
