I added a thread here https://community.nxp.com/thread/516958  but there seems to be no valid solution.

can someone please suggest something?

or maybe post the u-boot binary so that I can bring up the board?

actually in that thread you used custom imx6sll board with 512 MB LPDDR2 DRAM,

not nxp imx6sllevk reference board which used lpddr3 memory. So nxp imx6sllevk reference

demo images did not run. NXP has special service for helping customers with software customizations:
