imx6sl, YOCTO-Upgradation:: 3.10.17 to 3.14

Hi,

I am working on imx6sl board and Yocto Linux SDK.
currently i have yocto Linux kernel 3.10.17 by default on it, I need to upgrade it to version 3.14.
Can someone guide me with the steps required for the same.
