I choosed IMX6DQPAEC  in my design and it work well at normal temperature, but when the air temperature falled to 0 centigrade, the board failed  to boot, the debug uart has no message when the power is on.I measured all regulator outputs of PMIC, found that the vgen4_3v0 which connected to VDDHIGH_IN dropped to about 0.96 V,but  acturally it should be 3V according to datasheet.Who can tell me why?

Hi gaoweilin

if this is just one board this may be quality issue: poor soldering,

thermal deformations or esd failures. If many boards, then it makes sense

to check carefully schematic and measure vgen4_3v0 current during thermal tests,

use checking points given in i.MX6 System Development User’s Guide
