imx6q with alliance and issi RAMs

Hello everyone,

It is getting hard to find low speed RAMs and I was wondering if the following are suitable to be used along with i.MX6Q. What concerns me is their speed grades. Are these backwards compatible? Did anyone use these before?

Any JEDEC-compliant DDR3 SDRAM (don't know any other type of SDRAMs available on the market at the time) can be used together with the i.MX6Q processor. Typically, all faster SDRAMs are backwards compatible with the slower spped grades, if other is not clearly specified in the part's documentation.
