Hi Vikash

why do you think that it is not correct, it is validated before

release. For usage one can look at sect.9.7 IBIS usage

i.MX6 System Development User’s Guide (rev.1, 6/2013)

http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/user_guide/IMX6DQ6SDLHDG.pdf

in particular:

Freescale board designers used the i.MX6Q IBIS model with the Hyperlynx tool

by Mentor Graphics. The HyperLynx version used was HyperLynx v8.1.1 + Update 2.

Best regards

igor

Dear Igor,

Thanks a ton for your valuable reply, The ibis model is fine but the

problem is in when we use it show the IC B3 pin is NC but in our design

this pin is not NC,it connected with NET,

For your reference attaching the snapshot.

Hi Vikash

right, IC B3 pin is PCIE_TXP not supported by ibis model,

this is described in Table 9-6. i.MX6 pins not supported by IBIS

Hi Vikash

this may depend on ibis software, I think you should

read its documentation how to handle with unused pins.

As a workaround one can remove (comment) the [Diff Pin]

entries in the IBIS file for  the problematic pins.

Example :

[Diff Pin]  inv_pin  vdiff  tdelay_typ tdelay_min tdelay_max

A6          B6       NA        NA        NA        NA
