从log上看，是内存出错的问题造成的。考虑到几百次重启才会有这样的问题发生，那么初步估计内存可能处于稳定与不稳定的临界位置。这个可能是由于内存部分PCB Layout差异造成的。
那么，请你用i.MX6 DDR STRESS test tool重新对内存进行压力测试，按照测试结果，在u-boot中对内存重新配置，实在不行把内存降低到400MHz，然后再做较长时间的测试，再看是否出现类似情况。
