imx6DL,kernel hang when excute /etc/init.d/hwclock.sh stop

Our board is designed base on mx6sabresd demo, CPU is MCIMX6U7CVM08AC, the RTC on chip is not used(RTC_XTALI is grounding), the issue is that kernel hang when excute /etc/init.d/hwclock.sh stop, and the revision of CPU is as showing:

CPU:   Freescale i.MX6DL rev1.3 at 792 MHz

but this issue don't hanppen on another board with 1.2 revision CPU:

 CPU:   Freescale i.MX6DL rev1.3 at 792 MHz

what's difference between 1.2 and 1.3 version CPU about this issue?

and how to fix this issue?
