this is implement by IPU_CSI_CLK_MODE_CCIR656_PROGRESSIVE

the output is Y-C Interleaving output mode per 8-bit. field rate is 50Hz.frame rate is 25hz; pclk is 74.25MHz; resolution is 1920X576;pixelformat = V4L2_PIX_FMT_UYVY;
