imx6.ull eth1 only works after reboot

Hi

I have changed my Linux kernel to 5.7 and eth0 works fine in first start. Rebooting can solve second eth problem. I find out the problem is in somewhere around drivers/net/ethernet/freescale/fec_main.c

any help would be greatly appreciated
