imx6 uboot can`t ping itself or pc success

Now ,our board`s NET part is done refer to imx6_sabreltie ,but we can`t ping it and pc successful, when we intend to use "TFTP"  to download the uImage .I want to know why and how could we solve the problem. Here are my schematics, and the board application is attached:

Are you not getting any kind of error when trying to configure the phy?

I noticed that in most of our boards the MDIO signal has a pull up resistor, yours do not. I wonder if you have tried a loopback test between the MPU and the PHY just to check  that the connection between the iMX6 and the PHY is corret.

The Freescal SDK can help you with that.

Thanks for the reply.I am not getting any kind of error when trying to configure the phy. our board have a 4.7k(R66) pull up resistor on the MDIO signal . there is no problem when i conduct stress tests. but the link led and signal led do not light when I enter uboot commd line and insert cable .why?

The LEDs turn on when the link is up. Have you checked the internal status of the Phy via MDIO as previously suggested?
